She holds a Masters degree in Human Resources/Organization Development from American University/NTL and is certified in a variety of assessments and training programs.
She is a skilled facilitator with strong practical and theoretical background in change leadership, group process, leadership, organization culture, MBTI, as well as results-based performance measurement. Her work has extended through more than 30 states, Canada, Europe and Central America.
Clients include businesses, nonprofit boards and staff, local and national government agencies and executive teams.
